Pokud jsme zat\u00edm pohybu moc \u201enedaly\u201c, je nejlep\u0161\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt t\u00edm nejp\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00edm. Chodit co nejv\u00edce p\u011b\u0161ky i z pr\u00e1ce nebo p\u0159i nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd krok je dobr\u00fd! Tak\u00e9 se sna\u017eit podnikat proch\u00e1zky do p\u0159\u00edrody a postupn\u011b je prodlu\u017eovat. Dobr\u00fdmi par\u0165\u00e1ky jsou k tomu na\u0161i pejsci. Jejich pani\u010dky maj\u00ed o dostatek pohybu v\u011bt\u0161inou postar\u00e1no!  P\u0159idat sport! Kdy\u017e je kondice trochu lep\u0161\u00ed, je \u010das p\u0159idat n\u011bjakou vhodnou sportovn\u00ed aktivitu. Odborn\u00edci doporu\u010duj\u00ed v\u011bnovat se sport\u016fm vytrvalostn\u00edho charakteru. Nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011bhat, plavat (nebo t\u0159eba cvi\u010dit ve vod\u011b aerobik), jezdit na kole (nebo rotopedu). V\u00fdb\u011br toho prav\u00e9ho \u201ena\u0161eho\u201c sportu je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed zna\u010dn\u011b individu\u00e1ln\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z n\u00e1s m\u00e1 jin\u00fd vkus, schopnosti a mo\u017enosti. Ale ka\u017ed\u00e1 z n\u00e1s m\u00e1 mo\u017enost n\u011bjakou formu pohybu do sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota \u201epustit\u201c!
